1. The service

Bulk Image Processor provides free, browser-based tools for resizing, cropping, converting and watermarking images. All processing happens on your own device. We do not receive, store or transmit the images you process.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Process images you do not have the rights to use or modify.
• Apply a watermark implying ownership of work that is not yours.
• Create or distribute unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
• Attempt to disrupt the site or interfere with other people's use of it.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you process. Because the files never leave your device, we acquire no licence, ownership or access of any kind over them. You are solely responsible for having the right to use and modify the images you load.

4. No warranty

The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet a particular requirement. Image encoding behaviour varies between browsers and devices.

5. Keep your originals

Always keep a copy of your source files. Processing is lossy for JPG and WebP output, and there is no way for us to recover a file, since we never hold one.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit or goodwill arising from your use of the site.

7. Third-party links and advertising

The site links to partner websites and displays advertising. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. See our disclaimer for details.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
