FAQ
Questions that come up
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Every package is monthly and can be stopped at any time. An annual contract is only an option if you want the two-month discount.
Which creative formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, WebP or a static GIF, matching the slot size you booked. We do not accept third-party script tags, so page speed stays intact.
How long until an ad goes live?
One to three business days after the creative and payment arrive. The site is static, so going live is just a matter of placing the file.
Is visitor data shared with advertisers?
No. The tools process images entirely on the visitor’s device and we collect no personal data. The reports we send contain impression and click counts only.
Can I ask for a placement not on the list?
Yes. New slots can be created as long as they do not interrupt the tool flow or slow the page down. Get in touch and we will work it out.
How does payment work?
Bank transfer to the company account. The invoice goes out at the start of the period, with proof of placement following in the report.
