Before you write about a bug
Because everything runs locally, problems are usually specific to a browser or a particular file. Including these details helps us reproduce the issue quickly:
- Browser and version, plus your operating system.
- Which tool you used: Bulk Resize, Watermark, the combined mode, or the Favicon Generator.
- Source file format and roughly how large the images are.
- How many images were in the batch.
- Anything shown in the browser console (press F12, open the Console tab).
Please do not attach the images themselves unless we ask. In most cases the dimensions and format are enough.
Advertising
The site carries a small number of clearly labelled ad placements. Sizes, positions and rates are on the partnership page, or get in touch at partners@bulkimage.web.id.
Response times
This is an independently maintained project, not a company with a support desk. Replies typically arrive within two business days; complex bug reports may take longer to investigate.
